1. AI-Generated Content

Aldabra AI Music provides AI-powered tools for generating music based on user inputs such as prompts, lyrics, and configuration settings. Outputs are generated automatically and are not manually reviewed or curated.

Due to the nature of AI systems, outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or free from similarities to existing works.

2. License & Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with these Terms, users are granted a commercial license to use, reproduce, and distribute music generated through the platform.

This license is non-exclusive and subject to applicable laws and platform policies. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

3. No Guarantees

Aldabra does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party claims, copyright issues, or unintended similarities. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated outputs before use.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, distribute, or monetize generated content. Aldabra does not provide legal clearance or rights verification services.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Generating content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Imitating identifiable artists, copyrighted works, or protected styles.
• Uploading material without proper authorization.
• Using the platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract underlying models.

6. AI Models & Infrastructure

Aldabra utilizes a combination of proprietary and third-party AI models accessed through licensed providers. Model behavior, availability, and output characteristics may change over time as we improve the platform.

7. Generation Behavior

Target duration, structure, and output quality are influenced by multiple factors including lyrics, formatting, and arrangement. Outputs may not exactly match requested parameters.

8. Failed Generations & Usage

In the event of a failed generation, any deducted usage (such as seconds or credits) is automatically restored. If you believe usage was incorrectly deducted, you may contact support for review.

9. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions grant access to platform features and usage limits for a defined period. Subscriptions are not manually canceled and will expire at the end of the billing cycle unless renewed.
